Forestly.app Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Offchain Studio, operating as Forestly.app (“Forestly”), and the individual or entity accessing or using the Services (“Customer”). This Agreement includes the terms and conditions outlined below, along with any applicable Order Form. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the earlier of: (a) Customer’s initial access to the Services via any online registration, provisioning, or order process, or (b) the Effective Date of the first Order Form executed by Customer. This Agreement applies to Customer’s initial use of the Services starting on the Effective Date, as well as any subsequent purchases or access that refer to this Agreement. Forestly reserves the right to modify this Agreement from time to time.

All capitalized terms shall have the meanings assigned to them where first used within the Agreement.
